 In 2006, I received a prize on SAARC  Charter Day, organised by the SAARC's Agricultural Information Center campus.

Hindu devotees both from Indo-Bangladesh Border Area and India celebrate the immersion of Hindu Goddess Durga (during Dashami) in the River Isamoti at Taki. This is where devotees from both countries join together to celebrate the auspicious festival. According to the Hindu mythology Durga symbolizes the power and triumph of good over evil.
